Embracing Femininity

Femininity is a social construct. It’s not real. But it also is real because how else would anyone be able to easily embrace their feminine energy? Although many women and/or girls, even gender-fluid people, struggle with this daily, it’s okay. First, you need to figure yourself out. What do you like? How do you like things? Are they supposed to be a certain way, or are they supposed to be all over the place? You choose. Figuring yourself out is one step toward embracing your feminine energy.

Discover Forms of Creativity:

It sounds a bit cliche, but creativity is everywhere you go. There’s no wrongdoing in discovering. There are many different art forms to choose from in the creative world—one that fits your personality, niche, or persona.

Examples of that are things like drawing, painting, singing, dancing, etc. Do whatever feels right in the moment, not tomorrow or yesterday, but right now. Creativity is meant to be expressed with passion and emotion, or as a message about something broader.

Give Time to Heal, Relax, and Rest:

Life is hard, I know. But it’s all about balance. It exists everywhere. We all, as humans, need mental balance in our lives. You can plan things for less stress or have a reset day to focus on mental health.

Healing is a journey. Relaxing is not a nap, and resetting means lying down and taking care of yourself. We women and men tend to neglect ourselves daily to please others or the stressful side of ourselves, and we forget that we deserve self-care.

Express Yourself:

This ties into creativity. To find you, and embrace that energy, you have to learn how to express what you feel is right.

From clothes to hair, expression is important for human identity and self-esteem. For example, a flattering haircut or switching to a different clothing style.

Just take a moment to realize that life is meant to be lived and is too short to waste.

Open Mindedness:

It is critical to remain open to people who may be following you in some way. Enough said.

The moral of today’s story is: We are not on this earth to live like it’s a job; we are here to find ourselves through the femininity and masculinity within us as a whole.
