I’m sure most of us have been on the holistic wellness side of TikTok, where they explain all the reasons you might be feeling a certain way via your appearance. They all have something in common that you might hear. Either it’s the immune system or your gut.


Yep! In order for your hormones to balance, your immune system needs to be a bit stronger and your gut healed. Now, when I say this, don’t go on a completely healthy diet.


My best advice for you is to find out what exactly is making you feel terrible, break out, and heal that part of you. Don’t feel pressured into eating ridiculously healthy when only a certain part needs an update.
