Healthy Smoothie Recipes

Everyone’s a fan of a smoothie, so why not make one of your own? The bad thing is that you shouldn’t drink more than one a day because it doesn’t guarantee fullness. But the good thing is that you have full control over what’s put in your drink, and you’re saving money.



Pineapple Smoothie:

  • Light vanilla yogurt

  • Ice cubes (your number of choice)

  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks



Green Smoothie:

  • Almond milk (of your choice)

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • 1 banana

  • 1 kiwi

  • ½ cup coconut water



Green Ginger Smoothie:

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1 green apple

  • ¾ cup coconut water

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 3 teaspoons of minced ginger

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • Ice cubes



Protein Shake:

  • 1 ½ cup black coffee

  • A frozen banana

  • Ice cubes

  • ¼ cup walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 6 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
