Everyone’s a fan of a smoothie, so why not make one of your own? The bad thing is that you shouldn’t drink more than one a day because it doesn’t guarantee fullness. But the good thing is that you have full control over what’s put in your drink, and you’re saving money.
Pineapple Smoothie:
Light vanilla yogurt
Ice cubes (your number of choice)
1 cup of pineapple chunks
Green Smoothie:
Almond milk (of your choice)
1 cup of spinach
1 banana
1 kiwi
½ cup coconut water
Green Ginger Smoothie:
2 cups spinach
1 green apple
¾ cup coconut water
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
3 teaspoons of minced ginger
1 tsp raw honey
Ice cubes
Protein Shake:
1 ½ cup black coffee
A frozen banana
Ice cubes
¼ cup walnuts
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
6 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
