It’s 2023. You’re scrolling on TikTok, finding another health and beauty lifestyle creator who will encourage and inform you about the benefits of fixing things in your diet, but you can’t seem to stop your habits.
You love eating out more than three times a week; you barely cook, and it’s so difficult to give up junk food or take out for healthy food. It’s okay; I’m right with you, to be fair.
Although I don't eat junk food as often, I know how it must feel to be discouraged from making your diet healthier than it is. This blog post will help you transform your diet into something specialized for you!
Create a list:
When it’s time for grocery shopping, you often just wing it. If you live with your parents, it’s a bit difficult to cultivate your own diet.
Creating a list can give you and/or your parents an idea of the type of food you want to start eating!
Drink a lot of water:
Water is an essential part of your diet, skincare routine, and health. Water is it; it just is.
In order to make your diet healthier, substitute as many sugary drinks as possible with water, or if it’s hard to just do that instantly, try sparkling water.
Cook more often:
As much as we all love good old takeout, it can be a bit overwhelming and mess with our health.
Cooking can not only help you eat healthier but also introduce you to many meals that you may have never heard of.
Balance your plate:
Sometimes we have too much meat, carbs, or really anything. If you’re looking to make your health path clearer, balancing the portions of each food group helps you get a good intake of each.
