Are you confused about which products work best for your skin? Have you spent various hours gliding through multiple beauty websites, blogs, or accounts to see others’ opinions?

To uncomplicate your confusion, the truth is out there.

Between the sources and all of that, there’s a guide to what is important and what’s not important. So worry not, I’ve got your back!

In this post, I will cover what ingredients are best to include in your routine.

Retinol:

Retinol is derived from vitamin A. They are considered by the beauty industry as an “anti-aging product,” meaning that they slow the natural aging process.

It boosts collagen and elastin, something that strengthens the skin’s flexibility.

Retinol is used for acne and its scarring, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, texture, and skin tone.

Hyaluronic Acid:

Hyaluronic acid is also known for its anti-aging effect. Many sources have considered this “the fountain of youth” because it’s already inside of humans.

It’s what makes our joints move smoothly. Which redirects us to the hydration it brings to our skin. That’s why it’s used in various moisturizer creams, lotions, and serums.

Niacinamide:

Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3.

It’s known for healing hyperpigmentation, retaining moisture, redness, and swelling. It also minimizes the appearance of large pores, protects the skin from the sun, and minimizes wrinkles and fine lines.

With this product being a form of B3, it will help your general health in the future. Keeping you away from high risks of skin disorders, kidneys, and the brain.
