AHS, also known as American Horror Story, is an anthology series that is filled with many haunted locations, and each season contains its own storyline but is interconnected.


Season 1: Murder House

- Murder House follows the Harmons: the mother, Vivien; the psychiatrist's father, Ben; and their daughter, Violet. They move from Boston to Los Angeles in hopes of forgetting about the traumatizing past Vivien experienced. The ‘Murder House’ is a house filled with many ghosts and people who have died there previously.


Season 2: Asylum

- Asylum follows an interracial couple in 1964, Amie and Kit Walker. Kit Walker is then accused of murder and institutionalized inside a church-owned mental asylum. Other patients are thrown in there for unjust reasons and tortured.


Season 3: Coven

- Coven is followed in the year 2013, where there are relatives of witches who have passed the Salem trials and teenagers who are witches themselves, struggling to hide their identity from the world.


Season 4: Freak Show

- Freak Show is set in the year 1952. The owner of the "Freak Show Circus", Elsa Mars, takes in anyone who is considered a "freak" by the outside world. The people involved in the freak show are there to be with others who are the same as them. Elsa Mars generally makes this freak show a source of entertainment to provide a home for her little monsters.


Season 5: Hotel

- The hotel is set in the year 2015, and the hotel is haunted by many ghosts. The hotel is called "Hotel Cortez" and is located in Los Angeles, CA. James March was the original owner and had a very disturbing backstory about things done in that hotel. The countess, March’s fashion widow, is now the owner, and weird things happen left and right.


Season 6: Roanoke

- Shelby and Matt Miller, along with his sister, Lee Harris, recall the horrific experiences of the Roanoke Colony farmhouse one year after they had gotten out. After the documentary is a huge hit, they decide to film a sequel called "Return to Roanoke: Three Days in Hell."


Season 7: Cult

- After Donald Trump is elected, the town of Brookfield Heights, Michigan, goes into shambles. Ally tries to control her phobias, and her wife and son are then deeply affected when things start to worsen. Kai Anderson, a misogynist, decided to run for city council, but the town only tore apart more.


Season 8: Apocalypse

- A group of surviving people of the apocalypse that Michael Langdon has set out to take shelter during the apocalypse witches from the coven visited three years before and tried to prevent the apocalypse from happening


Season 9: 1984

- Set in 1984, this season follows Brooke Thompson and other troubled young adults at a reopened camp called Camp Redwood. She encounters an attempted assault from the infamous serial killer, Richard Ramirez.


Season 10: Double Feature

- A struggling author and his family have moved for the summer to a beach town located in Massachusetts. Harry, the author, struggles with writer's block and comes out to the town to find inspiration, where he finds two writers who offer him a pill that ends that writer's block of his.


Season 11: NYC

- A bunch of murders happening in 1981 that are specifically targeting the gay community in New York City.
